I've done a few races without music and want to do more.<br /><br />I've gone the opposite way on plain water! I love it but I need more electrolytes so I've started drinking Skratch. I guess the biggest new thing I've tried lately is the Peloton app for strength training... and then I started using it for yoga... and I love it!!! <br />I love listening to podcasts when I run, and sometimes music at the end of long runs.
