Yay!<br /><br />If I can get my long runs done on Friday, then that's what I try to do. I hated having the long run weighing on my mind through the weekend, but you have to do what you have to do. Hang in there - taper will be over before you know it!<br /><br />I think the race is worse than training. There's so much build up and you really focus on those miles and thinking about all the things that did or could go wrong. Race time, once that gun goes off, it's just one foot in front of the other and whatever happens happens. At least, that's how it is with me. :) I'm jealous of your official taper.
