It's a mental thing. Cold I can "zone out", wind is just smacking me in the face. Rain has actually worked in my favor on race day so I don't mind it to much! Also, I'm the resident talker on group runs. I'm sure it's annoying but I can run and do it pretty well lol!Virjinia @ With Purpose and Kindnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17584377013630291266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5884362622170497685.post-233785694352663922019-08-09T13:25:43.214-05:002019-08-09T13:25:43.214-05:00I should have ranked all of these LOL Cold is defi...I should have ranked all of these LOL Cold is definitely my least favorite of everything, wind is a close second.Kim at Running on the Flyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03028968906430207641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5884362622170497685.post-23423793787343263492019-08-09T13:24:37.539-05:002019-08-09T13:24:37.539-05:00ha ha ha...so true! Hill sprints are actually kind of fun, in a twisted sort of way, because they're over and done pretty quickly ;-)Kim at Running on the Flyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03028968906430207641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5884362622170497685.post-29912536331567535792019-08-09T07:38:56.625-05:002019-08-09T07:38:56.625-05:00Exactly!! I adore running in the rain, and my next battleground is hills. I've been good about making sure that I run a really steep hill in my neighborhood once a week, and my goal for next week is to go from reading about hill sprints to actually doing them.Birchwood Piehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01504702778025456387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5884362622170497685.post-73509684872769492972019-08-09T07:15:57.733-05:002019-08-09T07:15:57.733-05:00I will avoid running in extreme heat and cold if I...I will avoid running in extreme heat and cold if I either want to hit a certain pace or I feel like the conditions are unsafe.
