Bacon, Bikes & Bliss - 2025 Baccoon Ride

I’m always up for a fun fitness adventure, and I’m grateful to have friends who share the same sentiment.

If there was an event that combined fitness (like cycling, for example), food (maybe bacon?) and a great venue (I’m thinking a favorite trail)…wouldn’t it be a grand time if a favorite friend joined you for the festivities? It’s All a Blur

U

It was another crazy week in my little world.

I’m still on a quest to get on a decent schedule that will allow for more slumber time while balancing the new work routine and fitness fun. Is it selfish to want/need all three? I think not. Suffice it to say, there was some fatigue happening…ugh.

Shall we take a quick walk, down the 2023 memory lane?

Let Your BRIGHT Shine

"Let your BRIGHT shine" definitely was the theme of the final days of 2020.

At least in my world, it was. Maybe it was because Christmas had come and gone (and I was a bit burnt out on red and green). Perhaps it was to bring a touch of zing to the white backdrop of snow. Or, most likely, it was just me being the art geek/color freak that I am.

Whatever the case, it was a fun week of fitness. The bright colors that I brought to it were merely just a bonus. You can decide...
